At present, there are two kinds of water supply equipment, which are steam reciprocating pump and electric centrifugal pump.
Steam reciprocating pump
1.Start pump :
1).Before the start of the pump should be the first to open the water inlet valve, such as the start of the pump and then open the water valve and bypass valve.
2).Open the air cylinder under the water cock cock and the tank.
3).Slightly open the steam valve to pump into steam heating cylinder, after an appropriate time, open the steam valve, so that pump runs slowly, then the pump should observe whether there is noise.
4).Drain cock etc. under the cylinder exhaust condensate, spray drying steam, and then close the drain cock.
5).The water tank on the air cock row, you should immediately turn it off, make the water into the boiler.
2. Pump outage :
Shut off steam door, and then close the water inlet pipe and the outlet pipe on the valve.
Centrifugal type water pump
1.Start pump :
1).Open the water pump water diversion valve and air valve.
2).To the pump irrigation water, until the water from the air valve overflow, and then close the pilot valve and air valve.
3).Close the water outlet valve, open the switch to the pump operation, then open the water valve to the boiler water supply.
2.Pump outage:
First pull the power switch 'to stop the operation of the motor, and then close the outlet valve.
