1.Check the pump outlet side shaft end is beyond the mark line.

2.Disassemble the coupling and check .

3.Clean the bearing box and check the bearing.

4.Bearing box water jacket and the cooling water pipe cleaning.

5.Check the cleaning filter and outlet valve.

6.Check the stuffing box, wear sleeves, replace the packing.

7.Check whether there is leakage of pump body.

8.Check the loose bolt and tighten the cylinder.

9.Measuring base sinking and recording data.

10.Check whether the base bolts are loose and tighten.

11.Pump group review.
