Axially split case pump overview:
Model OS pumps are single-stage double-suction inter opened spiral casing centrifugal pumps.It is used to water transportation in water plants, air conditioning water circulation, building water supply, irrigation,drainage pump station,electric power station, industrial water supply system , fire-fighting system, and shipbuilding and so on.
Axially split case pump material:
- Pump casing:casting pig, ductalloy, cast steel;
- Impeller: bronze, casting pig, silicon brass, stainless steel;
- Shaft: stainless steel, carbon steel;
- Seal-ring on pump casing:bronze, casting pig, silicon brass, stainless steel.
Axially split case pump feature:
1. It has compact structure, nice appearance, good stability and it is easy to install;
2. The optimally designed and stable running double-suction impeller makes the axial force reduced to the minimum and it has a blade-style of excellent hydraulic performance. Both internal surface of the of the pump casing and the impeller's surface are extremely smooth after being precisely cast.They have a notable performance on ovapour-corrosion resisting and a high efficiency.
3.Bearing use SKF and NSF bearings to guarantee a stable running, low noise ande long duration.
4.Shaft seal use BURGMANN mechanical or stuffing seal to ensure a 8000h non-leak running.
5.Installation does not need to adjust when assembly and it can be vertically or horizontally assembled upon the conditions of use on the spot.
