2.Disintegration check diaphragm, pump rotor assembly seal, wear, erosion and other conditions.
3.Check and measure the radial and the end face of the rotor, the roughness of the shaft neck and the error of the shape and position.
4.Check and measure the radial clearance between the rotor assembly and the impeller sealing ring, the diaphragm sealing ring, the balance disc seal and other parts.
5.Check and measure the total amount of the rotor.
6.To inspect the rotor group and carry out non destructive testing.
7.Cylinder, diaphragm, front and rear pump head, bolt and positioning key check.
