1. Cavitation condition
Flush water pump in the test run and found when time starts to run after not too long, the water is not secure, and as time continues, the situation has become worse. This situation shows that the pump has been cavitation and gradually increased. At this time, the operator had to open the bleeder valve of the pump, only occasionally interrupted gas to make safe flushing.
2. Cause of cavitation
In flushing pump piping system, although the pump device position is not high, the suction pipe is not long, but due to the water outlet pipe is short, small hydraulic loss, coupled with flushing height is low, the pump in the operating area of large flow and relative vacuum pump inlet is lower than the meantime local vaporization pressure, thus causing the cavitation.
3. Improvement measures to change the existing operating conditions, usually can be used to deal with three kinds of ways to replace the new pump, frequency conversion speed and change the pipeline.
