Check the pump should pay attention to three points :
1. Pump shaft should be flexible rotation, no impact sound; pump shaft radial no obvious shaking, need to add enough oil.
2. Check if the water hose is damaged, if there are cracks to be repaired in a timely manner. Check whether the fastening bolts are loose, tighten the loose bolts.
3. Submersible pump motor windings, the cable insulation shall comply with the requirements in order to use.
Trouble shooting method:
1. Non absorbent or water, due to the end of valve stuck, part of the blockage of water; suction height is too high or the water pipe leakage; and impeller flow channel blockage caused by, were taken to the corresponding solution.
2. Pipeline leakage or leakage, may be installed when the bolt is not tightened. If the leakage is not serious, can be in place of leakage or leakage of cement slurry coating and plate hand tighten the nut; if a serious leak, they have to reload.
3. Pump rattling may is in electric rotor imbalance, or coupling with bad, bearing wear, bending; it may caused by rotational relaxation components, and the pipeline rupture stent unsound caused. Should be adjusted depending on the circumstances, reinforcement, alignment or replacement.
