Different types of pumps, the performance of the form of failure is not the same, but in general, there are several common characteristics.
1. Inadequate flow
Reasons: lack of impact of water flow is water pipe leakage, at the end of valve leakage; clog water intakes; at the end of valve water depth insufficient; pump speed is too low; sealing ring or impeller excessive wear; absorbent such as excessive height. Vortex pump processing method: at the end of check valve and water pipe, blocking the leak source; clean up at the inlet of the mud or blockage; water depth at the end of valve must be higher than the inlet pipe diameter of 1.5 times, increase in water depth at the end of valve; check the power supply voltage and improve the pump speed, to replace the sealing ring or impeller; reduce water pump installation, or replace high lift pump.
2. Power consumption is too large
Cause: pump speed is too high; pump shaft bending or pump shaft and motor shaft misalignment or not parallel; lift pump selection is not appropriate; pump suction sand or a blockage; motor ball bearing damage and so on.
Treatment methods: check the circuit voltage, reduce speed pump; correction of the relative position of the pump shaft or adjust the pump and motor; select the appropriate pump head; clean sediment or obstruction; motor ball bearing replacement. Clear water pump.
3. Violent vibration or noise of the pump body
Cause: pump installation is not strong or pump installation is too high; motor ball bearing damage; pump shaft bending or the motor spindle is not concentric, not parallel, etc..
Methods: the installation of a stable pump or reduce the installation height of the pump; replacement motor ball bearings; correction of the main shaft of the bend or adjust the relative position of the pump and motor.
4. The drive shaft or motor bearings overheating
Cause: the lack of lubrication or bearing rupture, etc..
Method of treatment: fill in the lubricating oil or replace the bearing.
5. No water pump
Cause: pump body and suction pipe is not filled with water; the water level is lower than the pump water pump pipe, water pipe burst and so on.
Processing method: to preclude valve fault filling up with water; reduce water pump installation, and make the filter pipe under the water level in the, or moving water pipes or filters and then pumping; repair or replacement of water pipes.
