Preparation before starting:

5. High temperature type should be pre heating, heating rate of 50 degrees C / h, to ensure that the department of heat evenly.
Start：
1. Fully open inlet valve.
2. Shut off the pipeline valve.
3. Starting motor, the operation of the pump is to observe whether it is correct.
4. Adjust the outlet valve opening to the desired condition, such as user at the outlet of the pump is equipped with flow meter and pressure table, by adjusting the outlet valve opening the pump in performance parameters table listed the rated point operation, such as user at the outlet of the pump is equipped with flow meter and pressure table, by adjusting the valve opening degree, measure the pump motor current, the motor running in rated current, otherwise it will cause pump overload operation (high current) run to burn out the motor. Just adjust the outlet valve open big and small and pipeline conditions.
5. Check the seal leakage, normal mechanical seal leakage should be less than 3 drops per minute.
6. Check the motor bearing temperature rise at less than 70 degrees.
Stop it：
High temperature type first cooling, cooling speed <10 degrees C / min, the temperature dropped to 80 degrees Celsius, to stop.
1. Shut off the pipeline valve.
2. Stop the motor.
3. Close the inlet valve.
4. If the long-term parking, the pump should be put into the liquid.
