1. After the installation of toggle pump shaft, impeller should be no friction sound or blocking phenomenon of pump pump should be overhauled.
2. Pump rigid connection installation and flexible installation of two (see connection mode).
3. Before the installation of the unit should be checked to have no loosening of the phenomenon, the pump body flow passage is free of foreign matter blockage, so as to avoid pump damage when the pump impeller and pump body.
4. When installing the pipe weight should not be added to the pump so as not to cause the pump to deform.
5. Installation of anchor bolts must be tightened to avoid influence of starting vibration on the pump performance.
6. In order to facilitate the repair and safe to use, in the pump inlet pipeline the installation a regulating valve and a pressure gauge installed near the pump outlet, in order to ensure the running in rated head and flow range, to ensure the normal operation of pumps, increase the service life of the water pump.
