Centrifugal pump is how to resist cavitation

 Centrifugal pump

How to improve the anti cavitation performance of centrifugal pump :

1.  Improve the structure design of the suction inlet of the centrifugal pump to the impeller. Increase flow area; the radius of curvature increases the impeller cover inlet section, reduce the flow accelerated sharply with pressure; reduce the thickness of the blade, and the blade inlet rounded, close to the streamline, can also reduce the acceleration and pressure flow around the blade head portion of the impeller and the blade inlet part; improve surface finish in order to reduce the resistance loss; the blade inlet edge extends to the impeller inlet, the liquid flow in advance to accept work pressure, improve.
 2. The lead - inducing wheel was used to make the liquid flow ahead of the lead - inducing wheel in order to improve the flow pressure.
 3. Double suction impeller, so that the liquid flow from both sides of the impeller at the same time to enter the impeller, the import section is doubled, the inlet flow rate can be reduced by one time.
 4. Design conditions by punching a slightly larger angle, in order to increase the blade inlet angle, reduce the blade inlet bending, the reduced blade block, in order to increase the inlet area; improving flow condition, to reduce the flow loss. But the positive impact angle should not be too large, otherwise the impact of efficiency.
 5. Anti cavitation material. Practice shows that the strength, hardness and toughness of the material are higher, the chemical stability is better, and the performance of anti cavitation is stronger.
