Check and prepare to go down before the deep submersible pumps
1. Should be able to lift more than three meters high, the unit can withstand the full weight lifting equipment (preferably with a crane), and tripod, card board, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, 500V megger, insulation rubber self-adhesive tape and other installation equipment.
2. The installation size and dimensions of motor Check whether the pump motor power is appropriate.
3. Check the power supply voltage, frequency, and is consistent with the motor nameplate, control cabinet parameters used and whether the motor match.
4. Check whether the power cable is damaged, its specification is reasonable, and cable intrusion of water for 6 hours with a 500V insulation resistance meter measuring its insulation resistance should be not less than 500 megohms. (One finger joints for water insulation resistance)
