In practical work, the performance of the pump needs to be adjusted. Commonly used water pump performance adjustment method has the following several:
1. Variable speed regulation :
Change the speed of the pump, to change the performance of the pump. Under normal circumstances, to reduce the pump speed is allowed to run.
2. Rregulation:
The pump impeller diameter turning smaller, to change the performance of the pump, so as to achieve the purpose of expanding the scope of use of the pump.
3. Variable angle adjustment :
In order to change the performance of the pump by changing the angle of the vane of the axial flow pump, the pump can operate at high efficiency to expand its use range.
4. Water pumps in series and parallel :
Namely when a pump can not meet the actual head and flow requirements, you can pump or more than two sets of pumps in series or parallel.
1). Pump series operation is to two or more than two of the same performance pump head and tail phase, namely a water pump outlet pipe and the other a water pump is connected with a water inlet pipe, the purpose is increasing lift, and the flow remains the same.
2). The parallel operation of the pump is working two or two above the water pump is connected to the outlet pipe of the common, its purpose lies in flow rate increases.
