With the fuel pump, hand pump, to the fuel oil system pressure fuel injection, also the bleeder screws loosen the injection pump, eliminate the air in the fuel system, when the gas is no longer ruled out here, tighten the screws, and then continue to pump oil until oil has returned back to oil, the hand pump screwing.
6. In turn loosen the high-pressure oil pipe joint nut on each cylinder injector, put the governor handle in the diesel engine running position, turn the diesel engine, and exhaust the air in the high-pressure oil pipe.
7. On the new machine or parking for more than 5 days without a diesel engine fire pump, before starting the first rotation of the crankshaft 5 ~ 3 rpm.
8. Preheating starting device, and the need to preheat the start (temperature 5 C below), should also check whether the normal temperature of the plug.
