The use and operation of the centrifugal pump should meet the following requirements:
1. The steering of the driver should be the same as that of the pump;
2. Identify coaxial pipeline pumps and steering pump;
3. The fixed connection parts shall not be loose, the lubricating parts filling lubricant specifications and quantity should be in accordance with the provisions of the technical documents of the equipment;
4. Pre lubrication requirements of the parts should be pre lubricated as required;
5. Each indicating instrument, the safety protection device should be sensitive, accurate and reliable;
6. Turning gear should be flexible, no abnormal phenomenon;
7. High temperature pump before commissioning should pump body for preheating temperature rise evenly, hourly temperature rises shall not greater than 50 DEG C; and the temperature difference between the working fluid inlet piping shall not be greater than 40 DEG C of the surface of the pump body;
8. The set to eliminate the connecting device of the impact of temperature rise, set the bypass connecting device to provide cooling water.
