Different types of vacuum pump oil, due to different grades of oil saturated vapor pressure is not the same, so the results are not the same. Solution: according to the product model specifications to replace the correct new vacuum pump oil.
2. Is also due to the vacuum pump oil caused by the low degree of vacuum, that is, the vacuum pump oil emulsion discoloration, or too dirty. Solution: put clean pump all the vacuum pump oil, replace the same type of vacuum pump oil, and to solve the pumping gas water vapor and impurities do not enter the pump.
3. The temperature of the gas being pumped may be too high. Solution: to reduce the temperature of the gas being pumped, or to add a corresponding heat exchanger.
4. Pump circuit is blocked or poor, the pump cavity does not maintain a certain amount of oil. Solution: check oil circuit is smooth, and add the same type of vacuum pump oil.
5. With a large gap. This is a long period of pumping gas containing dust and so on, resulting in a gap between the rotating blade and the stator wear increases. Solution: check the gap is too large, the replacement of new parts.
