Matters to be noticed in the operation of pipeline centrifugal pump

1. Timing positioning check pump operation situation; the instrument display is normal, whether the pump is in the best state operation;

2. Check the bearing temperature is normal, increased or decreased to slowly as well, and found out the reasons for the increase or decrease; check the bearing seal, to prevent water or dirt, bearing lubrication;

3. Regular inspection tank level to prevent collapse or evacuation, the general level shall not be less than 3.5m, and shall not be higher than the safety level.

4. Check motor stator and rotor temperature rise, should be in accordance with the provisions of the following table.
