The reason: the lining plate and the impeller clearance, the outlet pipe can not seal the air, full of empty
Solution: adjust the gap, adjust the water pipe, installation of pumping vacuum device
Mud pump fault 3: the water pressure is small, the flow is small
Reasons: there is air in the pump, the impeller and the front liner clearance, clutch closure is not tight, impeller or liner wear
Solution: to empty the pump gas, adjust the gap, adjust the clutch disc clearance, replace the impeller or lining
Mud pump fault 4: pump vibration
Reason: pump shaft and diesel engine (or motor) is not concentric, uneven impeller, bearing damage
Solution: adjust the balance of the impeller for balance testing, replacement of bearings
Mud pump fault 5: impeller shaft neck wear fast
The reason: high pressure pump head, pump shaft packing low dislocation, and the back cover are not concentric
Solution: replace the high-pressure pump, mud pump head is higher than the replacement of the packing, adjust the concentricity
Mud pump 6: pump wear fast
Reason: construction environment (particle size) is poor, long-distance transportation distance, water pipeline length
Solution: change the battlefield, add afterburner unit, shorten the length of a water inlet pipe to reduce cavitation
