Horizontal centrifugal pump after the car does not water (this phenomenon is often happen), the main reason analysis.
1. Water shortage. Because the centrifugal pump is not self pumped, water is necessary to make more than half of the impeller with water (horizontal structure). That is to say the water should not have the center line of the impeller can be driven at the top of the car. 2. No water. Due to the way water (i.e. diversion parts are wrong is wrong and for double suction pump, should be in the pump cover on the top of the water diversion, multistage pump and oil pump is the best export somewhere water), or is caused by pipeline leakage, need to rethink the way water or re installation of the pipe (especially the suction side piping system) to solve sealing problems.
3. Single-stage single suction centrifugal pump, although the water, or can not work properly. Should be checked by the test of the pump installation height is in accordance with the pump NPSH requirements, because the operation of the pump is in a state of serious cavitation, is not normal work; or pump and spit out the air pocket is serious in the pipeline, not the gas fully drained.
4. Check the suction side valve is open (that is, whether the failure), or if there is a blockage in the suction pipe, if there is no water and the impact of this problem will affect the normal work.
5. Pump assembly quality. If not tighten the bolt and cause leakage, or seal ring, seal gasket damage, or simply not installed, and sometimes even no impeller, after driving, of course, no water.
