3. When using electric feedwater pump as the main water supply equipment, the selection of standby steam feed pump should meet the following requirements:
1). Boiler after power failure can not be a normal combustion and steam supply, when the water stop may cause boiler water shortage accidents, spare steam feed pump flow, should be able to meet all the boiler running at rated evaporation required for water to forty percent percentage points to 60.
2). After the power cut can be normal combustion and steam supply boiler, standby steam feed pump flow should be able to meet the steam supply requirements.
4. Rated evaporation less than or equal to 2t/h, working pressure is less than and equal to 0.85MPa of the boiler, the water pump can be used instead of water injectors. The injector should be but the furnace configuration, and should set up a spare.
5. Working pressure less than and equal to 0.2MPa of the boiler, tap water can be directly to the boiler water, but must have reliable water. Tap water pressure must be higher than the working pressure of the boiler is more than 0.1MPa. And should be installed in water supply pipeline check valve.
6. Boiler evaporation is greater than 4t/h, should be automatic water supply device regulator, water supply device and is equipped with manual control in boiler operation place.
