 1. Product properties
BQS series explore-proof submersible pump is a new type drainage equipment researched and developed independently by the company according to market demand on the basis of several years of investigation and research. This series of product is composed by three phase asynchronous motor and multistage centrifugal pump, operating under water. It applied national standard GB 3836.1-2010, GB3836.2-2010 and MT/T671. Compared with traditional mining centrifugal pump, its advantages are: convenient for installation, operation and maintenance, submersible type, safe and reliable operation, stable performance, lower noise and vibration,higher efficiency, compact structure, lower operation cost,etc. Meanwhile, pump house is not necessary and automatic control is available. It is especially suitable for water drainage in the places where water level is large and flood threat is existed. According to operating environment on site, the dome can be equipped outside the unit to improve its operating reliability. The pump cannot generate electrical sparkle and lead to explosion when operate under the water for the
motor chamber. Pump and motor of the explore-proof submersible pump is divided structure , which can be transported separately and used by vertical, horizo​​​​​​ntal and tilt installation .BQS series explore-proof submersible pump can be used to deliver clean water or the liquids with  similar physical and chemical character. It mainly used in mine drainage, and it can be used for water lifting from deep well in industrial and mining enterprises and urban and rural areas. Especially, it can be used for water drainage of emergency in coal mining industry . BQS series explore-proof submersible pump is mainly used in coal mines where content firedamp or other explosive gas in the air. It can be free type installation for temporary water drainage of emergency

3. Application conditions
1. Power supply: Three Phase alternating current, rated voltage 660V, 1140V, 6000V and
10000V, voltage variation range ±5%, frequency 50Hz.
2. Permit environment temperature: 0℃~40℃;
3. Max. liquid Temperature: 40℃;
4. The PH value of transmission medium: 6~8;
5. Volume concentration of the solid content in transmission medium should be less than 2%;
6. The Max. depth under water should be less than 70m .
7. The vertical installation is recommended. Horizo​​ntal installation is also available in special
application. The operation model continues running.
8. The pump can operate in the place where contents firedamp or other explosive gas in the air.
It can operate in the place where contents gas in the air.
Above conditions are the general application conditions. The pump should be special design and
produced for special conditions to ensure normal operation of the pump.
