Stationary horizontal diesel engine centrifugal pump Overview
IS series Stationary horizontal diesel engine centrifugal pump is single stage single suction cantilever type centrifugal pumps. They are used to pump clear water or liquids with similar physical or chemical properties as clear water and without solid particles. IS type pumps are used to deliver liquids with temperature lower than 80 centigrade degrees; ISR type pumps are used to deliver hot water with temperature lower than 130 centigrade; ISY type pumps are used to deliver light oil, for example gasoline and diesel.

The highest working pressure of this series of pumps is 1.6MPa. That is, the pressure at pump outlet, which is equal to the pressure at pump inlet plus the head of the pump, should not be larger than 1.6MPa. The test result of the pump body’s static pressure is 2.4MPa. If you need the pressure of the pumping system to be larger than 1.6MPa, please remark it when placing the order.
Main applications and applicable range
ISG series Stationary horizontal diesel engine centrifugal pump is a kind of single stage vertical centrifugal pump optimized and designed on the basis of IS type pump. It has the features of pipeline pumps, mainly used to boost pressure in pipeline system. It can totally take the place of IL, IS type pumps in many different occasions, such as water supply and drainage in industries and cities, pressure boost in water tower for water supply in high level buildings, pressure boost for firefighting, water delivery in long distance, heating and cooling circulation, etc. As the hydraulic model of this series of pumps is same as that of IS series, this series of pumps hold the high efficiency and energy-saving features of IS type. In addition, the pumping part and the motor part are elastically connected. The pump is installed vertically, using mechanical seal.
