WQ series automatic mixing sewage pump's motor is connected to three-phrase 380V-50Hz power source. They are used in waste water treatment system in cities, buildings, factories, mines, hospitals and so on. This pump is a combination of ordinary sewage pump and automatic mixing device. The mixing device generates strong mixing force when the pump's motor shaft spins. It stirs the sediments in the sewage pool and makes them suspend in water and then be drawn out by the pump. It makes the pump discharge sewage very fluently, without blocking. It completes drainage, cleaning up dirt and mud at one-time, saving operation cost. Working conditions:
- Based on the center of impellers, the pump shall not be placed deeper than 5m underwater.
- The temperature of the fluids being pumped shall not be more than 40°C.
- Fluids ph value 4~10. It shall not be used to pump highly corrosive fluids.
- The volume ratio of solid particles in the fluids should be under 20%.
- Fluids kinematic viscosity 7×10-7~23×10-6m²/s.
- Fluids density less than 1200 kg/m ³ .
- For WQ submersible pump, its motor must be immersed under water when it is running.
