2.For the low pressure below DN50mm check valve, butterfly valve should be selected, vertical lift check valve and the diaphragm valve; for DN is greater than 200mm, less than 1200mm in the low pressure check valve should be chosen no wear on the back ball valve; for low voltage DN is greater than 50mm and less than 2000mm check should choose the valve, butterfly valve and the diaphragm valve.
3.Diaphragm type check valve is suitable for easy to produce water pipeline, the diaphragm can be a good way to eliminate the water generated by the media counter current, but by the temperature and pressure limits, generally used in low pressure normal temperature pipe
4.For the requirements of line off the impact of small water or water, should use slow closing swing check valve and butterfly check valve closed.
5.For the import pipeline pump, should use the bottom valve, bottom valve is generally installed in the vertical pipe of the pump inlet, and the bottom-up flow of media;
6.Lift type than the swing type sealing good, fluid resistance, horizontal should be installed in horizontal pipe, vertical installed in the vertical pipe;
7.The installation position of the swing check valve is not restricted, it can be installed in horizontal, vertical or inclined pipeline, such as installed in the vertical pipe, the flow direction of medium to bottom;
8.Swing check valve should not be made of small caliber valve, can be made a high working pressure, nominal pressure can reach 42MPa, but also can achieve a large nominal diameter, the maximum can reach 2000mm. According to the shell and the sealing parts of the material can be applied to any working medium and any operating temperature range. The medium is water, steam, gas, corrosive medium, oil, medicine, etc.The operating temperature range of the medium is between -196--800.
