Self priming centrifugal pump over-current components are: inhalation room, impeller, the chamber pressure of three parts. Impeller chamber is the core of the pump, but also the core of the flow components. Pump through the impeller to the liquid for work, so that its energy increased. Impeller according to the direction of liquid flow is divided into three categories:
1.Radial impeller (centrifugal impeller) liquid flow along the direction perpendicular to the axis of the impeller.
2.Oblique flow impeller (mixed flow impeller) liquid is the direction of the flow along the axis of the impeller.
3.Axial flow impeller liquid flow direction parallel to the axis.
Impeller is divided into two categories by inhalation:
1.Single suction impeller (that is, from the side of the impeller suction liquid).
2.Double suction impeller (i.e., the impeller suction from both sides of the liquid).
The impeller is divided into three types according to the cover plate:
1.Closed impeller.
2.Open type impeller.
3.Half open impeller.
Closed impeller is widely used, the aforementioned single suction impeller and double suction impeller belong to this form.
