Process for producing part of water pump

Processing technology of pump body: 

The key point of the pump body processing technology is to ensure the correct position of the assembly datum hole and the flow passage of the pressure water chamber. The pump body machining equipment mainly for lathe, vertical lathe, boring machine, processing the horizontal lathe for small pump body, the production efficiency is high, but the inconvenience for processingrelative position and channel, often caused by assembly datum hole and the channel center are not perpendicular to the surface and the relative position is not accurate. So the pump body in vertical lathe and boring machine processing, workpiece clamping on the work table, available iron pad calibration flow position, convenient and compact; boring table can be rotated in one clamping processing more than one side. As the process pipeline centrifugal pump used for boring machine: 
 
1.To the bottom foot pad is looking after the quasi channel clamping, respectively car import and export flange, ensure the flange parallel and coincident with the channel center;

Impeller processing technology :

Impeller machining is mainly concentrated in the lathe, the common process route is: 
 
1.With four jaws or after the outer diameter of the impeller ring in the channel center or the front cover face of runner for axial alignment and impeller diameter as radial alignment after clamping, rough turning impeller inlet port ring allowance of 1-2mm, and the front board; the process to ensure relative position of impeller; 
 
2.Three jaws have car blade ring is the workpiece clamping, the mouth after ring, outer diameter, inner hole, a cover, the concentric hole, outer diameter, ring the degree requirements;
 
3.With the intention of the impeller shaft positioning, impeller front mouth ring, to ensure that the front port ring and the inner hole of the concentric degree requirements; 
 
4.Three jaw after ring or outer diameter is inserted inside the hole keyway, ensure the keyway symmetry; 5, drilling balance holes, ensure the size and average leaf spacing, does not damage the blade; 6, do balance test. 
 

Pump cover processing technology :

One end of the pump cover part structure is connected with the motor, and the other end is connected with the pump body at the other end. At both ends of the installation with the hole surface can not be installed in a folder at the same time processing, if not concentric will appear quality problems. Common processing technology: 
 
1.Four with claws caught one end (such as pump body connection end) to find the right, the other end of the coarse fine car; 
 
2.In the lathe installation and calibration of tire sizes, will have a car at one end (motor mounting rabbet) hole in the tyre is pressing, coarse and fine car pump connected with both ends of the size, this can ensure the concentricity. And then, with the drill bit, the bolt connection holes are drilled. 

Shaft processing technology :

It is difficult to process the slender shaft in the shaft parts, and the reasonable processing route is adopted to support the proper tooling (such as the center frame), which can meet the design requirements. The main axis machining center hole for positioning the base ends in the outer circle can be installed in a completed at the same time the holder, finishing to ensure the radial runout requirements usually with two top heart-shaped clamp clamping method, surface grinder with commonly used high precision finishing. Process route is:

4.Pay attention to ensure the symmetry of keyway milling; 
 
5.The outer circle grinding, with two top surface grinding with heart-shaped clip.
