Preparation before starting :
1.Check the bearing box lubricating grease, filling too much but due to the mixing and heat. If the oil is not enough to make up.
2.Check the anchor bolts fixed connection looseness, the motor ground is good.
3.Pump, check whether the rotation of the pump shaft is flexible, there is no friction between the parts of the sound.
4.Open the pump casing and suction pipeline high point of the gas valve, the use of suction tank level hydrostatic pressure flow pump, or pump with vacuum pump, to confirm the pump casing and the suction line without gas after the closing of the gas valve.
5.Close the outlet valve of the pump, ready to start.
