Operational considerations :
1.Check whether the motor running direction is consistent with the direction of the pump running, do not reverse!
2.Pump body shall be filled with liquid to start running, prohibited idling. Self priming pump in the specified range of self suction height, if 7 to 10 minutes is not a liquid, should be immediately shut down the inspection reasons (mainly to check whether the leakage of imported pipes, in case of self priming pump working fluid heating up, damage to the pump machine.
3.For the first time in the pump body after injection in general no longer injection, but long downtime or shut down after sealing leakage phenomenon, the loss of the liquid in the pump, in second before driving should first check the pump liquid memory, fill liquid after driving.
4.Long term not used in winter, should be discharged in the body of the liquid, so as not to be frozen, can not work properly.
