Found pump leakage :
1.Immediately stop the inspection to prevent leakage, if the connection with the motor leakage should be replaced TM1068 mechanical seal.
2.Check the power supply is connected, the use of the power supply voltage and the working voltage of the pump.
3.If the above a, b normal; remove the pump, open the pump cover, remove the pump body, the pump cover, fastening to normal.
Pump no water :
1.When the pump is installed on a tap water pipeline, such as tap water level in the pump impeller on the plane (horizontal installation) or center line (vertical) below, you should turn off the power supply, to tap water level rise more than the impeller plane or the center line, connected to the power supply, to avoid mechanical damage (automatic type without clearance electric).
2.When the pump is used in pumping well water, please check:
A.Water pipeline leak
B.Pump cavity water storage is not enough, should be filled with water
C.Suction process is too high, the appropriate adjustment
D.Check whether the inlet and outlet pipe diameter is too small or blocked
