The structure of dry type built-in type submersible pump motor and pump structure and exterior structure of submersible pump is basically the same, the difference is the structure of external type submersible pump without liquid cooling motor transport, and built-in type submersible pump base, upper cover and a lower cover are made into sandwich. 2.Inside the installation of submersible electric pump cooling:
Due to the liquid passing through the annular interlayer cooling motor, the inner installation type submersible electric pump has good cooling condition, and the cooling effect is better than that of the external electric submersible pump. Especially when the submersible pump is used for large area surface drainage, its shell surface operation, motor built-in type submersible pump can still get better cooling, the temperature rising of the stator winding is relatively low, so that it can operate in harsh environmental conditions over a long period of time. The outer type submersible pump shell surface operation, shell cooling motor is poor, difficult heat dissipation, the temperature rising of the stator winding is very high, exterior type submersible pump can run continuously, bring a lot of inconvenience to the construction work.
