How to remove pump in the high temperature liquid

Removal sequence of liquid pump :

1. Liquid pump off the pressure valve in the pipe, removed out of control on the part of the flange bolts or connecting nozzle. Removed a section of pipe, lifting its length to prevent pump prevail.  

2. The hydraulic pump to loosen the motor frame and motor coupling bolts, hanging to the motor.  

3.  Remove the pump body and the support of the bolt, screw off the impeller.  

4. Remove the middle bracket, pull down the shaft coupling.  

5. Remove the bearing body up and down bearing cover, you can check the status of the bearing.
