Maintenance should be carefully check the cooling water pipes and cooling room, remove dirt, ensure the smooth flow of cooling water, clear the cooling water short circuit phenomenon. To ensure sufficient cooling, not water, prevent burn out packing.
2). Loading and presses the packing process, the appropriate degree of tightness should make the packing cover every minute 60 to 70 drop out.
3). The packing sleeve shaking is a little or pump vibration will make packing premature wear and the circumference of the sleeve shaking degree should be controlled below 0.05 mm, in order to ensure the normal operation.
2. Bearing damage. Bearings often appear in the main defects are overheating and damage. Causes of overheating and damage to the bearings are mainly due to:
1). Bearing grease too much or too little.
2). Grease quality is not good or impurities into the grease.
3). Pump shaft bending, shaking serious.
4). Pump with friction and the impeller to lose balance. The elimination method is: bearing cleaning, replacement of _ grease, maintenance pump, reducing vibration and shaking, replacement of bearings.
