Pump saving measures:
1. The use of efficient energy-saving pumps and efficient low loss motor (such as Y series motor), and to improve the efficiency of the transmission device.
2. The correct choice of pump motor power to prevent the "big horse drawn trolley". Replacement of the pump motor with large capacity is much larger than the actual needs of the motor power, the method can be used to replace the motor power saving.
3. Choose reasonable head :
When the pump head is too much excess, it will waste electrical energy, so it should be reasonable to determine the operating point of the pump head.
4. Reduce pipe resistance :
Remove excess pipe fittings and unnecessary turn and sharp and to decrease the resistance of the pipeline, reducing transmission unit of water consumption. The method of reducing the resistance of the pipeline is:
1). Pipeline design should be reasonable.
2).increase the diameter or the two drainage flow rate reduction.
3) as far as possible to shorten the length of pipe, and the valve to reduce the elbow joint, and especially to avoid sharp appearance.
4) improve the finish or coating of the inner wall of the pipe.
5) timely removal of dirt on the inner wall of pipeline.
