Blade pump common fault exclusion - pump output flow is not enough or even completely non exclusive:
1. Motor turn right
2. Oil tank level is too low
3. Oil suction pipe or filter blocking
4. Motor speed is too low
5. Oil viscosity is too large
6. With oil seal wear
7. Blade on the inner surface of the stator is poor
8. Leaf blade groove in the lock or move is not sensitive
9. Connecting screws loose
10. Relief valve failure.
1. To correct the steering
2. Fill oil to oil line
3. Dredge oil suction line, clean the filter
4. Make the speed to reach the minimum speed of hydraulic pump
5. Check the oil, replace the hydraulic oil viscosity suitable or increase oil temperature
6. Grinding face or replace the oil pan
7. Grinding contact surface or Replacement Blades
8. One by one check, the movement is not sensitive to the re study of the blade
9. Properly tightened
10. Adjust, remove and clean the relief valve.
