1. Comply with the "motor safety operating procedures" in the use of part.
2. One day before the start of the continuous application, check the pump and motor is installed properly, there is no blockage.
3. Before starting the following work should be done:
1). Fixed water outlet before the station were closed or place objects.
2). The pump body should be filled with water, no absolute idling.
3). Close the outlet pipe gate valve and pressure gauge cock.
4. Start the pump should be followed to open the pressure gauge cock, after the pressure to reach the rated value, open the vacuum gauge cock, and then gradually open the gate valve.
5. Stop the pump sequence should be carried out according to the above order.
6. Pump running bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 75 degrees.
7. Long term not use the pump should be put in the water, and the water inlet and outlet closed.
