Gas-liquid mixed type self-priming pump working process: due to the special structure of the pump body, the pump stops after the turn, the memory of the pump body has a certain amount of water, pump starts up again due to the action of the rotating impeller, inhalation pipe air and water are fully mixed, and is discharged into the gas water separation chamber, gas water separation chamber and the upper part of the gas overflow, the lower part of the water return impeller, re and suction pipe residual air mixed until the pump and suction tube gas discharge, the self-priming is completed, and the normal pumping. The water ring wheel type self priming pump is a water ring wheel and a water pump impeller in a shell body, and the gas is discharged through the water ring to realize self absorption. When the pump to work, can cut off the water through the valve and pump impeller ring round channel, and release the water within the liquid ring round. The jet type self suction pump is composed of a centrifugal pump and a jet pump (or injector), which is formed by the combination of a jet device and a vacuum pumping device at the nozzle.
At the pump power supporting type is divided into motor self suction pump and diesel engine supporting self-priming pump.
According to the structure and work characteristics of self absorption, the internal and external functions can be divided into internal sliding type, external sliding type, water ring type and other types. Transmission mode has direct transmission (including the inner shaft) and belt drive. Inlet diameter 25~200 mm.
