1. The drive shaft or the motor bearings overheating factors: lack of lubrication or bearing rupture etc.. Solution: fill in the lubricating oil or replace the bearing.
2. Occurrence factors of mixed flow pump water, pump body and a suction tube not filled with water; water level below the pump filter pipe, suction pipe break and so on. Solution: cleaning at the end of valve failure, filled with water; water pump device range decreased, and make the filter pipe under the water level in the, or moving water pipes or filters and then pumping; repair or replace the suction pipe.
3. Mixed flow pump power cost too high risk factors: pump speed is too high; pump shaft winding or pump shaft and motor shaft misalignment or not parallel; selection of pump lift is not appropriate; pump suction sediment or obstruction; motor ball bearing damage. Solution: check the voltage of the circuit, the pump speed decreased; correct relative range of pump shaft or adjust the pump and motor; selection of appropriate lift of pump; finishing sediment or obstruction; replacement of ball bearing motor.
4. Mixed flow pump pump body violent vibration or noise factors: pump device is not firm or pump device is too high; motor ball bearing damage; pump shaft or the motor spindle is not concentric, not parallel, etc.. Solution: install the stability of the pump or drop the height of the pump device; replace the motor ball bearings; correct the winding of the pump spindle or adjust the relative position of the pump and motor.
5. Lack of mixed flow pump flow factors: lack of impact of water flow is the water pipe leakage, at the end of valve leakage; water inlet obstruction; water depth at the end of valve lack; pump speed is too low; sealing ring or impeller excessive wear; high water overruns. Solution: view the mixed flow pump suction pipe and valve and blocked the leak source; consolidation of the mixed flow pump inlet silt or obstruction; water depth at the end of valve necessary is larger than the water inlet pipe diameter of 1.5 times, increase in water depth at the end of valve; check the supply voltage, progress the rotational speed of pump and replace sealing ring or impeller; water pump device range decreased, or replace high head mixed flow pump.
