3. Axial flow pump and mixed flow pump operation, should always pay attention to the following points:
1). Immersion depth of the impeller is sufficient, that is, the water level is too low, so as not to affect the flow, or produce noise.
2). The outer edge of the impeller and the impeller casing wear, blade is debris around there, rubber or plastic bearing is too tight or burned.
3). The fastening bolt is loose, the pump shaft and the drive shaft center is consistent.
4. Because the axial flow pump and mixed flow pump generally do not have a gate valve on the outlet pipe, so it can be directly shut down. Pump shut down, should pay attention to the surface of the water pump and engine oil and clean. Axial flow pump and mixed flow pump for a long time without or after winter shutdown, should immediately put the water in the pump shell net. For some of the problems can not be handled in the operation, should be handled in a timely manner after the shutdown.
5. Axial flow pump and mixed flow pump in the end of the irrigation season, running for a total of 1000 hours or so should be minor repairs; total running around 2000 hours should be overhauled.
