1. A Submersible electric pump with a head below 30m can use a hose, and can be hoisted directly into the well using the steel wire rope or other lifting rope (manila etc.) that can bear the whole weight of the pump body, the water pipe and the water in it.
2. A pump with a head over 30m can use a steel pipe, the sequence of erection can be seen below:
A. First at attach the upper end of the pump to the lifting gear (ensuring the motor and pump are well connected and held firmly) and lift using the sling chains, hoisting the pump into the well slowly until the ply boards are set on the mouth of the well.
B. Using another ply board attach one pipe and lift it to the point of 15cm away from the flange, hoist the pump slowly into the well, insert the rubber mat well between the flange and pump flange , forcibly tighten the screw, nut and the spring pad of the pump.
C. Lift the submersible pump a little bit and remove the ply board on the upper end of the pump. Tie the cable on the pipe using plastic tape etc., hoist the pipe slowly and set down the ply board on the mouth of the well.
D. Use the same method to attach and hoist all the pipes into the well.
E. Connect the cable to the controlling switch and access three phase powers.
