Relationship of pump lift and length of lifting pipe
When selecting pump lift, user should note that pump lift should be close to actual demand. If pump lift is lower much more than actual demand, it will lead water flow quantity to reduce, pump work efficiency to reduce, axial force to increase, which will make thrust bearing be broken untimely. Conversely, if pump lift is higher much more than actual demand, it will lead low work efficiency and too big water flow quantity, which will make electric current increase, electric consumption increase, motor run by overload and electromagnetic wire of motor be broken untimely. It is very bad for electric motor.
Matching electric cable
When choosing electric cable, user should choose required standard and length. During machine working period, if user finds that cable is broken or too hot, please stop pump and maintain it. If selected cable is not right, it will shorten the service life of cable and motor line package. To ensure pump can work normally, we advise customers to select special cable manufactured by our factory.
