3. Pump impeller damaged seriously. Open pump discharge impeller inspection, if the damage to the impeller (wear, cavitation is not serious, repair; if serious damage to the impeller, to replace the new impeller.
4. Pipeline pump stuffing box leakage, resulting in tight seal.
The first tool fastening gland. If not rule out the possibility of failure, to open the packing box, check the water sealing ring and packing with and without defects (seal ring distortion, deformation, filler stiff, deformation, etc.), when necessary, were repaired or replaced.
5. Pipeline pump impeller and key fixed nut loosening or dislocation.
Open the pump, check the impeller and the positioning key lock nut. If key prolapse or damage, for positioning the reset button or to repair, replace tab, and then reset. If it is the impeller lock nut loose or fall off, you should first be equipped with a flush locking nut, and then use the tool to tighten the impeller lock nut.
6. The speed of the pipeline pump is too low. First, increased engine speed, to meet the rated speed of centrifugal pump. The power machine is motor, should first check whether the power supply voltage is too low, if too low, managed to rise, if the normal replacement of large power motor; the engine is internal combustion engine should take increase throttle way to rise high speed. If we don't meet the rated speed of the pump, should replace the greater power of the internal combustion engine. The second driving wheel replacement motor or pump (change the transmission ratio:) to meet the rated speed of the pump.
7. Pipeline pump drain pipe resistance is too large. First check drainage pipeline length and bend to minimize the corners and pipeline length, selection and pump caliber consistent with the pipeline.
