At the same time to ensure that the pump inlet medium flow rate to be smooth, to avoid pipe connections (such as elbows, valves, etc.) caused by changes in the flow rate. The change of inlet velocity has great influence on the pump head, the cavitation margin and the smooth running of the pump.
3. Self priming magnetic pumps pump suction export pipeline installation height, length and diameter shall meet NPSH calculation value, and to ensure that the pump at work, not to exceed the allowed NPSH.
4. The suction pipe is higher than the installation position of the pump, the suction pipes in the rush to ensure flow rate of not more than 2m / S; discharge pipes below the pump installation, discharge calculation of pipeline to ensure that the flow rate of not more than 2.5 m / S; close to the boiling point of liquid delivery, velocity should not be more than 0.8m / S.
5. Only in the mortar curing, pump and motor of anchor bolts tightened, can be connected to the pump pipe end up.
6. The pipeline should be installed with the expansion ring, so that the linear expansion of the pipeline is not caused by the deviation.
7. Flush and drain the pump should be installed to enable the pump to be washed and discharged before removal.
8. Before installing the pump, the pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned to prevent the solid from entering the pump, causing the pump equipment to be damaged.
9. Gaskets and gasket materials must be applied to process requirements.
