1. After the water pump is started without water causes: impeller turn right or low speed; horizontal water pipe leakage; nut loose fixing impeller impeller off in the water; impeller submerged in water depth is not enough; impeller in a sludge weed plug. Remedy: to adjust the pump of steering, and check to reduce the speed of, to be cleared; eliminate the pipeline leak, to ensure that the seal; stop and check and installed impeller restart; should be tried to adjust, increase impeller submergence depth; parking to eliminate debris after the restart.
2. Pumping out the water shortage reason: impeller installed high submergence depth is not enough, inlet condition is not good, water pump water lift too high; feathering shaft flow pump vane installation angle is wrong; the clearance between the outer edge of the impeller and the pump body of impeller is too large; water pump does not reach the rated speed; blade local plants and other debris blocked. Discharge method: in accordance with the provisions of manufacturers modified, improved working conditions; check and adjustment of the blade angle; replacement of an impeller or an impeller and pump body segment, or take welding measures; replacement of the motor, if drive belt is to change the pump or computer tape wheel, pump speed increased to the rated value; parking debris removal.
3. Engine overload causes: engine matching is not reasonable; bearing wear, impeller in rotation and the pump shell may have friction, pump shaft bending; looseleaf axial flow pump blade installation angle is wrong; high speed engine shaft power increases; high water head or pipeline valve did not fully open. Exclusion method: select the appropriate power machine; repair or replacement of bearings or shaft; adjusting the angle of the blades to overload is not so far, replacing the engine or replacement of the impeller, the pump speed is reduced to the rated value; replace the water pump and open the valve on the pipeline.
4. Pump in operation have vibration and sound reasons: low level caused by not enough depth of impeller submerged and air into the pump; part of the blade is damaged, produced in the operation of the rocking vibration; water pool is too small, several pump suction pipe is arranged too dense; water pump installation quality is low, the pump axis is not perpendicular. Discharge methods to increase the depth of submergence, in the water pool on the surface of the stamp of wood; replacement of the impeller; foundation reinforcement or tighten the anchor bolts; coupling or parking and tighten the screws replacement; replacement of rubber bearings or in bearing contact spray plating hard chromium; increase the pool water, rearrange the pump location; re correction of the pump shaft.
