How to prevent the occurrence of cavitation when installation pump

Before installing the pump, please carefully calculate the installation height, preferably with at least o.3m of the height of the margin, the installation height should be lower than the calculated value.

Under normal circumstances, the greater the flow, the lower the installation height. If the pump runs below the rated flow, there will be no problem. If the pump is likely to run in the large flow area, it should be considered when the large flow of the pump cavitation, can not only calculate the amount of fixed points, but to the high flow point of the installation of a high degree of re calculation. 
Inlet piping shall not be less than the pump suction pipe diameter. Under normal circumstances, in the calculation of installation height, suction pipe diameter is the standard suction pipe diameter. If the actual installation of suction pipe diameter becomes smaller, then increase the pump suction resistance, equivalent to increase the pump installation height, increase the possibility of cavitation. 
The installation of pump suction pipe, try to reduce the number of elbow, reducer, valve. The resistance coefficient of elbow, reducer, valve is far greater than the straight pipe, elbow, reducer, increase valve is equivalent to greatly increase the straight section. 
Inlet pipe sealing performance should be intact, no leakage point. Because once there is leakage, the entrance pipeline can not form a higher vacuum
