Installation height: please give full consideration to the self absorption ability of the pneumatic diaphragm pump to avoid the problem of self suction reduction.
Pipeline: the final position of the pump can not be decided until the position of each pipeline problem may be considered.
The best installation shall be selected at the junction of the shortest and most direct inlet and outlet piping. Additional elbow and pipe fittings should be avoided. The pump body should be able to support all the piping. Furthermore, the piping should be arranged in order to avoid the stress of the pipeline.
The movable hose can be installed to eliminate the stress generated by the natural reciprocating movement of the pump. If the pump body is connected with a fixed base, a buffer pad arranged between the pump body and the base body can help to reduce the vibration of the pump body.
