1.Motor before the start of the inspection :

3). Oil lubricated bearings, check the amount of oil is qualified, whether the rotation of the oil ring.
4). Power series, slip ring motor check whether the burn. The wear is overrun, whether the smooth surface of the slip rings.
5). Large children generally use the high speed motor cooling pipe and bearing lubrication system, so always check whether the valve turn wind duct and Book bearing oiler oil, the oil temperature gauge is normal and depressed.
6). Check the motor winding and the power cord loose people swim C bumps and burns, the terminal is fastened.
2. After starting the motor notes:
1). The motor running current can not exceed the motor of the fixed current; found that the current is not stable, swing over the big should stop check.
2). Motor parts of the sound and vibration is normal, such as abnormal should be handled in a timely manner.
